His real name was Shair Khan and at the starting of his career he was a journalist and has been personal Secretary to actor Mohammed Ali who helped him introducing in films.
He was a big name of PTV in 70'/80's and worked in many famous plays of PTV like Unkahi, Aakhri Chatan, Angan Tairha, Seerhian, Jangloos and Captian Sarwar Shaheed.
He worked in some films like Khak aur Khoon and Sacha Jhoota and some others, died in October 18, 1989.
